From a purely project centred universe, we have adopted and adapted Agile in how we deliver digital capability to enable University of Auckland’s strategic objectives. 

With the introduction in the past few years of value streams, delivery leads and hybrid methodologies, join us as as we take you on our continuing quest to become more agile, and learn about our commitment to delivering as effectively and efficiently as possible. We aim to keep our stakeholders satisfied, ensure quality outcomes that resonate with our strategic aims, and find our footing across the spectrum of waterfall to agile methods. 

Along this path, we’re also focused on fostering a fulfilling work environment for our team, enriching their skill set and professional growth.
