In the ever-changing landscape of higher education, successful project delivery hinges on effective teamwork and alignment across roles and skillsets. PMs, CMs, EAs and BAs play pivotal roles in ensuring the university's needs are met. Effective collaboration between these roles is the cornerstone of successful project delivery and value. By leveraging each other's unique strengths and capabilities, and aligning efforts, we can meet what our universities need and drive success.
