From Chaos to Control 

ABSTRACT

It’s a bit back to the future, now that “Transformation” has been and gone. We would like to take you on a project governance journey and how a small working group of likeminded individuals at La Trobe University built a framework, adapted that framework and made it work for us.

We will also hear from another area of the University that has adapted a component of this overarching framework to make it work for them. Before Transformation came and ensued chaos on our lives in the project world, we had a well-defined and well embedded project governance framework. 
During Transformation we had to move fast, we had to make decisions based on very little information. We didn’t have time to apply a lot of governance at idea stage. 

We are now in a place where we have a clearly defined and adaptable framework from demand/opportunity to project delivery and we invite you to join us as we take you on this journey.
