After years of underinvestment, many processes and capabilities at the Australian National University are end of life, outdated and not fit for purpose. This presentation will explore how Business Analysts are emerging as leaders in the University’s digital transformation, facilitating the rapid adoption of agile methodologies, and collaborating effectively to support a remote workforce. 

In this interactive session our panel of Business Analysts will delve into the role of our Chapter in driving innovation and collaboration and look at some of the challenges we face to deliver strategic change at scale and a modern and connected digital ecosystem in Higher Education.
