Canberra airport is approximately 10kms from the summit venue.  Taxis are available outside the terminal.

Parking

There are a number of parking options at the Hyatt Hotel Canberra.

Self Parking at $30/day
Daily/valet parking at $50/day
Street parking (200 off-street car spaces surround the hotel) $15.50/day (Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm)

The summit welcome networking event will take place in The Howling Moon Rooftop Bar, Rex Hotel on Monday 7 November, 5pm - 7pm

Dietary Requirements

All catering will be served among the exhibition. If you have not already notified the organisers of your dietary requirements please do so now by  emailing the summit organisers.

Individuals with severe allergies are asked to advise the summit organisers of their catering requirements prior to the event, and to bring any necessary medication. Whilst every care is taken by the organisers and caterer, individuals must take primary responsibility for their own health.

Dress Code

The dress code for the summit and all social functions is business/smart casual

Registration Desk

The registration desk will be open from 8.00am on both days of the summit.

Coach transfers

A coach will depart from the Rex Hotel to the Hyatt Hotel on both mornings of the summit. It will return to the Rex Hotel on Tuesday afternoon and will take delegates to  Canberra airport following the final session on Wednesday afternoon.  



COVID-19 Precautions



We take everyone’s health seriously and we don’t want the fear of infection to impact your experience and engagement in our activity. There are a few simple measures we can take to minimise risk of transmission.  We also respect any decisions that you make to personally safeguard yourself during the event.  In line with our COVID-19 risk assessment we note the following:

  • Before you travel, check with your organisation to familiarise yourself with their respective pandemic management policies.
  • If you have cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms, or are required to self-isolate, please do not attend the event.
  • Masks are available from CAUDIT staff if you need one.  The use of face masks is not mandatory (unless State legislation changes).
  • Use hand sanitisers regularly throughout the event and respect the comfort levels of those around you.
  • If you start to feel unwell while on-site, please isolate immediately and undertake a Rapid Antigen Test.  If you need a RAT please contact your nominated CAUDIT staff member (see below).
  • If you do test positive advise your  nominated CAUDIT staff member and visit the State COVID guidelines for isolation requirements.  Please note that you will need to arrange your own self-isolation plan.  CAUDIT staff will support you as much as possible throughout this process.
