Airport and Transfers

Brisbane airport is approximately 15kms from the summit venue.  Taxis and Uber are available outside the terminal.

The summit will be held at the Pullman and Mercure Brisbane King George Square

Parking

Secure parking is available onsite for hotel guests and visitors, with direct lift access to the hotel lobby.

Self-Parking
$55 per night for hotel guests

Valet Parking
$70 per night

Casual Parking
Available for visitors and diners (subject to availability)

Vehicle height limit: 1.9m

Parking is operated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Welcome Reception

The summit welcome networking event will take place in amongst the summit exhibition on the 14th September, 5pm - 7pm. The exhibition can be found in the Grand Windsor Ballroom.


Summit Dinner

The summit dinner will be Tuesday 15 September, 6.30pm - 9.30pm onsite in the Lincoln and Roosevelt Rooms at the Pullman Brisbane.

Dietary Requirements

All catering will be served among the exhibition. Dietary requirements are collected via the registration process.

Individuals with severe allergies are asked to advise the summit organisers of their catering requirements prior to the event, and to bring any necessary medication. Whilst every care is taken by the organisers and caterer, individuals must take primary responsibility for their own health.

Dress Code

The dress code for the summit and all social functions is business/smart casual

Registration Desk

The registration desk will be open from 8am on the conference floor of the hotel on both days of the summit.

Coach transfers

Coach transfers will be available to take delegates to Brisbane airport following the final session on Wednesday afternoon.
