Airport and Transfers
Canberra airport is approximately 8kms from the summit venue. Taxis are available outside the terminal.
Meeting Venue
The summit will be held at The Hotel Realm, Canberra.

Parking
There is a Wilson Carpark directly underneath the hotel which can be accessed via Burbury Close.
Welcome Networking Event
The summit welcome networking event will take place in amongst the summit exhibition on 31st October, 5pm - 7pm. The exhibition can be found in Ballrooms 3 & 4 on the first floor of the Hotel Realm
Summit Dinner
The summit dinner will be held at The National Gallery of Australia, Canberra on Tuesday 8 November, 7pm - 10pm.

Dietary Requirements
All catering will be served among the exhibition. If you have not already notified the organisers of your dietary requirements please do so now by emailing the summit organisers.
Individuals with severe allergies are asked to advise the summit organisers of their catering requirements prior to the event, and to bring any necessary medication. Whilst every care is taken by the organisers and caterer, individuals must take primary responsibility for their own health.
Dress Code
The dress code for the summit and all social functions is business/smart casual
Registration Desk
The registration desk will be open from 8am on both days of the summit.
Coach transfers
Coach transfers will be available to take delegates to the summit dinner on Wednesday evening as well as to Canberra airport following the final session on Thursday afternoon.
